We stand behind every structure we ship. You may return any unused, unassembled product in its original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.
Orders cancelled prior to carrier dispatch are refunded 100% immediately with zero restocking fees. To cancel or modify an order, email support@shedback.shop or call +1 (615) 254-0197.
If any board, panel, or hardware bag arrives damaged in transit, ShedBack ships replacement parts free of charge via expedited ground courier. If you prefer a full return due to carrier damage, return freight is 100% covered by ShedBack.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of return receipt.
